A cleaner, faster Chatref

March was our biggest month of change so far. We rebuilt large parts of Chatref to feel calmer, faster, and more grown-up – the kind of tool you are happy to keep open all day.

A redesign you can feel everywhere

Almost every screen got a fresh coat: the dashboard, the inbox, the playground where you test your assistant, and the pricing page. Layouts are steadier, loading feels softer, and there is far less clutter. Tables, headers, and menus now line up the way you expect, so your eye always knows where to go.

Settings finally got a proper home – a clean page with clear sections for your account, usage, and billing, plus a simple way to cancel if you ever need to. No more hunting for the switch you want.

One account, many assistants

If you run more than one site or product, you can now create a separate agent for each, each trained on its own content and living at its own spot. They stay neatly apart, so the assistant for one brand never mixes up its answers with another.

Clearer answers, more languages

We taught the assistant to match the visitor's language far more reliably, so a question in Spanish gets a natural reply in Spanish. Behind the scenes we also made answers more accurate and better grounded in your own content, so replies feel on-topic and trustworthy rather than generic.
