You can also log into your account on our site and visit the Orders section to find the same tracking information. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Each status update tells you exactly where your piece is. Common statuses include:

- In production – our artisans are handcrafting your item.

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately with your order number and the new address. Once the carrier has the package, we can’t reroute it, so please double-check your address at checkout.
