What’s the return policy for my supplement purchase?

Unopened supplements in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened and in original, resellable condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Products that arrived damaged or defective are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of opening – reach out immediately.
  • Gift cards, clearance items, and personalized supplements are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

You can start a return two ways:

  1. Self-service – Log into your account, select the order, and click “Start Return”.
  2. Chat-based – Open the AI chat widget in the bottom corner. Just type something like “I want to return supplements from order #12345”. The assistant (powered by Chatref’s knowledge base and custom actions) will:
    • Confirm your order and its eligible items.
    • Generate a prepaid return label or schedule a pickup.
    • Provide a return authorization number and next steps.

All returns must include the original slip or order number for processing.

Supplement Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are submitted to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll get an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you used the chat assistant, it will log the return and can send automated updates to your email as the refund progresses.

Exchanging a Supplement Order

Exchanges follow the same 30-day, unopened-product policy. Instead of returning and repurchasing, you can request an exchange for a different supplement or size. The process:

  • In the chat, tell the assistant you want to exchange a supplement order and provide your order number.
  • The AI uses our knowledge base to verify eligibility and then launches a custom action that lets you pick a replacement product from a list of in-stock alternatives.
  • We ship the replacement once the original item is dropped off and scanned by the carrier.

Damaged or defective products can also be exchanged for the same item at no cost.
