To qualify for a refund, items must be unmarked, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Books that are worn, written‑in, or missing dust jackets are not accepted. Orders older than 30 days are eligible for store credit only, and only if the book remains in like‑new condition.

You can return books in‑store or by mail. For in‑store returns, bring the item and receipt to any checkout desk. For mail returns, use the prepaid label printed from your account page. Once we receive the return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days after processing. If you paid with a gift card, the refund goes back to the same gift card. In‑store returns are processed immediately; mail returns show as initiated the day we scan your package.
